For tours in general (please take a look at each of your tour booking for more specific)
– More than 24 hours get 100% refund
– Between 12- 24 hours get 50% refund
– Less than 12 hours, full amount will be charge
During Peak Season and long holiday
(15th December – 15 January, Lantern Festival, SongKran Festival, Chinese New Year)
– More than 30 days get full refund deduct with transfer fees.
– Between 14-30 days get 50% refund.
– Less than 14 days, no refundable

Important: The Tourism Authority of Thailand requires all tour operators to provide insurance for their guests. However, if guests do not provide the required information, as stated in the booking confirmation email, no insurance coverage will be in effect. In that case, guests should understand that Absolute Tours will not be responsible for any loss or other incidental damage or injuries incurred as a result of the services provided.
All information should be send to our email at least 24 hours before service.
* Guests over age 75 are not covered, but we still need the above information for ALL members in your group.
Should you have any questions regarding your booking, please don’t hesitate to contact us.
Hotel: Please provide us with the name, address and contact number of your hotel. Also, make sure the name you have used to book your hotel matches the name on your tour booking.
Re-confirmation: Your tour guide will call or leave a welcome message at your hotel the day before your tour (no later than 19:00). Otherwise, please call 089-922-2906 to re-confirm your tour.
Shopping: Please inform your tour guide if you do not want to stop at any local markets or tailors. We will never force our valued clients to stop at any places if they do not want to.
Airport transfer: Please provide your actual flight details (name, airline, arrival time, from/to date/time, airport name). We do not take responsibility for delays due to incorrect, misleading, or omitted information. We will wait maximum 2 hours after arrival time.
Balance payment: For tours: pay cash for the balance after the tour directly to your tour guide. For van/car hire or transfer service: pay the entire balance to the driver when you are dropped at your hotel or desired destination on the first day of service.
Van and car hire without tour guide: Please understand that most drivers are not good in English communication. We do not take responsibility for any inconvenience during the service due to communication problems. We highly recommend hiring a tour guide who can manage your day more easily. But you are welcome to hire a van/car without a guide if you are familiar with Bangkok and understand our traffic well.
Tipping: Tipping is an important part of Thai culture, especially in the service industry, and you should be prepared to tip guides, drivers, and porters who assist you during your stay. It is wise to have the amounts in local currency ready before you leave.
