The Second World War (1941) bridge, more commonly known as The Bridge over the River Kwai, in Kanchanaburi (Kanchanaburi) Province is so famous they even made a movie about it. Here you will learn about the history of this bridge and the railroad that crosses it, better known as the Death Railway. The nearby War Museum offers many details about this historical railway. And don’t miss the Allied War Cemetery across from the museum. Finally, enjoy a long train ride on the Death Railway along the river Kwai itself, through the beautiful mountain landscape, past farms and local villages. Some of the original construction performed by the Allied POWs is still intact.

- 06:30 – Pick up from hotel
- 09:00 – Visit War museum (new), cemetery and bridge
- 11:00 – Get on train along original rail road to DEATH railway part
- 12:30 – Get off at Krasae cave, buffet lunch, sightseeing.
- 14:00 – Leave River Kwai
- 16:30 – Back to BKK hotel
